Product Description
The EZ Up Inversion Rack from Hang UpsĀ® showcases a dual bar system that is designed for easier mounting and dismounting, and allows you to hang free from the door frame for maximum range of motion.

Amazon.com Product Description
The Teeter Hang Ups EZ-Up inversion rack offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups and squats). Full range inverted sit-ups become ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups--with minimal load on the back. It installs to the top of a door frame, but does not interfere with the function of the door, and takes up no floor space--ideal for cramped living spaces.

The EZ-Up inversion rack is compatible with optional Teeter Hang Ups Gravity Boots. Designed for the fit and flexible user, it offers a safe and convenient method of full inversion. The dual bar system is designed for easier mounting and dismounting, and allows you to hang free from the door frame for maximum range of motion.

Feature Detail:

  • Sturdy materials assembled with bolts (no welds)
  • Adjustable for doorways 28" to 36"
  • Locking brackets are mounted with screws in the door frame for security. Locking pieces snap over the rack to keep it in place, but can be unlocked to remove the rack from the door frame. In place, the rack will not interfere with the operation of the door.
  • Door savers help protect the door frame from damage.
  • Easy-to-reach handles provide help to the user for moving into and out of the inverted position.
  • Double-bar system places the user out and above the door frame for extra height and full range of movement. You don't have to bend completely in half to mount and dismount the rack.
  • High-quality, scratch-resistant powder-coating
  • Foam hand grips make mounting and dismounting more comfortable, and help prevent calluses and slippery hands when performing chin-ups.
  • Weight capacity: 250 pounds

Note about installation:
The EZ-Up inversion rack must be installed in a solid wood door frame constructed according to national building code standards.

About Teeter Hang Ups
Roger and Jennifer Teeter founded Hang Ups Inversion Products in 1981 and have been dedicated to manufacturing quality inversion products ever since. He finally discovered that by inverting, he was able to relieve his back pain and begin the road to recovery. He credits inversion for keeping him pain free, healthy, and active. Inversion has changed Roger's life, and now he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge of inversion and quality products.

STL International, creator of Teeter Hang Ups brand inversion equipment, has pioneered standards for quality and performance in the inversion market. 5 out of 5 stars A must for every home   February 11, 2007

I wanted one of these for a long time. I just didn't know it. I always loved the Hangup Boots, but never bought them because I didn't want the big inversion table. Then I woke up one morning with a drive to get the boots and just find something (a jungle gym perhaps) to hang from. And then I saw this rack that hangs in your door. It was perfect! It installed easily in my studio doorway. It can be used for pullups or just something to stretch out with everytime I walk in and out of the room. Our daughter is constantly climbing on it and inadvertantly getting great exersise. I did get the inversion boots as well and try to find ten minutes a day to hang upside down. It gets blood to the brain and takes pressure off the spine. You can get a totally different work out being inverted. I highly recommend this to everyone, but especially fellow yogis. Yoga is great for working out back problems and this rack (paired with the Hangup boots) really helps with strengthening and lengthening the back. Cobra pose without a floor!
I am glad I didn't hessitate in getting this. I use it everyday.

5 out of 5 stars had it for 6 years   June 22, 2008

Bought this at an exercise store when we moved into our new house. I use it 3 times a week for pullups and it is perfect and solid. The additional height on the top bar makes it easy to do pullups without having to worry about touching the ground (at least for me since I am not very tall.) The bar seems strong and I can't see ever needing to replace it. I am just now getting the inversion boots to do inverted abs and lower back exercises, that should be cool.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent   May 21, 2008

I bought this rack with the Teeter gravity boots and they are both great and alot of fun to use. The boots are comfortable (keep your toes poiting towards the ceiling for more comfort).I've only had them 1 1/2 weeks so far but it makes my back feel so much better after inversion and inverted stretching and exercise. Also, having the bar fitted constantly encourages me to do pull-ups and other excercises spontaneously, without the hastle of going to the gym. I can see and feel the difference in my back pain as well as arm and stomach definition aleady. Highly recommended.

5 out of 5 stars Best thing for my neck   April 1, 2009

I have had cervical fusion on C6 & C7 and also have degenerative athritise on C2 & C3. This has been a god send. I have no room for a large inversion table. The Teeter Hang Ups with the gavity boots are just what the doctor ordered. If you're of little physical condition, you may have a problem getting on and off. If that's the case, go for the inversion table.

5 out of 5 stars Hanging like a bat...   April 24, 2009

Installed the Inversion Rack in my living room doorway. Only door way suffice for adequate use! It's very sturdy and serves its' purpose beautifully... One thing I did though, I went to the Home Depot and bought 2.5 inch steele screws to mount it with, instead of the 2 inch screws that came with it. This rack along with my Teeter Gravity Boots, I'm in Bat Heaven... Purchase this about two and a half weeks ago and am already doing Bat sit-ups!!! It's a great stretch/workout tool...

Rock-On!
