Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
With the BodyFlex® gravity inversion system, you can counteract the forces of gravity on the body by decompressing and elongating the spine, which relieves pressure on your spinal cord's ligaments and nerve roots. The 3-position bench inverts to multiple angles and serves to promote stretching, improve posture, relieve muscle aches and increase blood circulation.

4 out of 5 stars Worked Fine but foot hold needs better padding   April 6, 2010

Just got product and does what it is advertised to do. My back is feeling better as I was looking to get from the product. The only part that could use better work is the foot holder. I feel pain on the top and Achilles heal on my feet. I added some more padding and it is better.

Last review said it came apart and that they could bend the metal with fingers. Don't see how one can do that. Maybe they assembled it wrong. There are 2 bolts that hold the arms on and one clip that holds the pivoting section in place that is held on with arm bolts. It really feels safe and strong. I have had no problems.

All in all I think it is worth the money. I got mine for $90 but could use better padding at feet holder. It's nothing some good quality foam and some duct tape or strapping can't make better.

1 out of 5 stars CAUTION--PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS...   November 13, 2008

This is an example of you get what you pay for and not in a good way. We put it together and my husband, who weighs 205 pounds, got on and I could see the sides sway out slightly. He was slowly going upside down when the backboard collapsed! I had to help him off so as to not hurt him any worse. The arms on the sides that help it rotate have 2 "clips" that are supposed to hold it in, but the cheap metal used throughout the product had bent out causing the collapse. The metal used is so cheap that I actually bent one side back with my fingers. We are returning the item and trying to get a manager to return our calls. This product is not safe! We just don't want anyone else getting hurt.
