| Customer Reviews: A Great Piece of Exercise Equipment April 11, 2010 Meme (Georgia, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I spent several days reviewing Inversion Tables. I did not want to spend hundreds of dollars but I wanted a table that I could also do AB crunches. I do not have other excercise equipment in my home besides hand weights and wanted to be sure it was an item that would be used and not become a clothes rack. It did not take my husband long to assemble the table, about one hour and twenty minutes. It is very sturdy, I have not tried to collaspe it for storage yet. I use it in the morning at the end of my workout routine to finish with AB crunches to reach those deep muscles that floor crunches can not do; ofcourse I can not invert all the way to do AB crunches; look I am a 52 year old girl, not a 20 something Richard Gere or a 30 something Will Smith! However I invert fully to stretch out my back, it feels wonderful! I can feel my spine stretch and it's better than standing on my head lol! I would recommend those that want to have an inversion table and an AB trainer. I love the inversion control that you can move easly at different degrees and locks securely into place. There is some pressure on the tops of your feet but is not painful (you do have to have on tennis shoes). Also great is the ajustable height. This one had the most adjustable height feature, it can adjust from 4'6 to well over 6'3", I needed one for my short statue of 5'2".
Ironmam ATIS 2000 May 1, 2010 Butch Joseph (Ohio) Represented perfectly. Is doing me just great. I bought one for vacation home and just bought the 2nd one for home.. The ab part makes it much more versatile..
