Product Description With the Elite FitnessĀ® 9250 inversion table, you can relieve back pain, ease joint tension and improve blood circulation, all without leaving home! The 3-position bench inverts you to multiple angles, allowing your spine to decompress and stretch comfortably. It's also got the added perk of being completely foldable for easy storage and transport.
Amazon.com Product Description Relieve back pain, ease joint tension, and improve blood circulation without hiring a personal masseuse with the Elite Fitness IT 9250 inversion table. Inversion therapy works by placing your body in line with the downward force of gravity. In the process, inversion elongates the spine, increases the space between the vertebrae, and relieves the pressure on discs, ligaments, and nerve roots. And less pressure means less back pain, as well as fewer headaches and neck problems. Inversion is deal for people with persistent spine and muscle aches, in addition to athletes who frequently push their bodies out of whack through repetitive muscle motions, such as runners, weightlifters, skiers, cyclists, and golfers. Studies suggest that inverting your body a mere 25 degrees for even a few minutes per day can have tremendous positive effects. The IT 9250 is built with versatility in mind, with a three-position bench that allows your spine to decompress and stretch confidently at multiple angles. The four-point pod-style base frame, meanwhile, creates stability on uneven surfaces, such as poorly floored garages and basements. And users will love the variety of comfort features on the IT 9250, including a breathable fabric back pad, a padded head rest, full side handlebars with foam covering, and oversized foam leg rollers. Additional features include a built-in height adjustment selector, protective floor caps to prevent marring, an encased rotation bed frame that eliminates pinch points, and a foldable design for easy storage and transport. The IT 9250 measures 50 by 64 by 26 inches (W x H x D) and offers a weight capacity of 250 pounds.

The Elite Fitness 9250 Inversion Table is a winner May 14, 2010 SuznAZ (Arizona) 9 out of 10 found this review helpful
After reading about the benefits of inversion tables and doing some research, the 9250 along with a couple of other tables met our criteria: Inexpensive, folds for storage, wrap around handles, sufficient height adjustment. Opted for this one because the breathable mesh back area with a removeable head pillow looked most comfortable. Good choice! It is as it molds to the body more than a padded backrest. Assembly of the table took about an hour using ratchets instead of the included wrenches. The instructions and pictures are clear with each part numbered. The unit we received had a part lacking a crucial bolt hole (table was usable without that part installed). Contacted the manufacturer on Monday and had a replacement part here on Thursday. That's good customer service. After almost a week of using the Elite 9250 table, can report that it's effective. As soon as I invert, feel my spine aligning and there's a full body stretch. Lower back soreness has decreased to almost nothing already after a week of using it for a few minutes a couple of times a day. Good value for the money and good investment in "me".
No more back pain! March 14, 2010 BBMCF (Colorado Springs, Co US) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great inversion table for the price. It is well built, easy to assemble, safe to operate and great quality for the price. I like it so much that I bought a second one for my winter home. My neighbor used mine twice and bought her own.
Elite fitness inversion table April 10, 2010 sonny 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very well made. Much better construction than other tables in this price range.
Has three stops to adjust the degree of inversion.
I recommend using a socket wrench for assembly the wrenches supplied are junk.
Great Product, Great Price and Very well made May 17, 2010 Paul (San Diego) I recently purchased the Elite Fitness Inversion table and absolutely LOVE it. I had lower back surgery 10+ years ago, and had been considering purchasing an inversion table for years. My first thought after trying mine out after assembly was "why the heck did I wait so long!"
I made my decision to purchase this based on reasonable price and good/great reviews. Obviously I made the right choice. Heavy duty construction and relatively easy to put together. (use a socket wrench. It will go much faster) You won't be disappointed.
Inversion Table August 2, 2010 Peter G. Fischer (USA) For the price it is more than I expected and works out excellent for the entire family. They were first sceptical but now use it on a regular basis.
Easy assemply and super easy to use.
Will recommend it.
