| Customer Reviews: Excellent Product March 22, 2010 wwcanis Product as described and a good value. It has already helped our backs. We try to use it several times a day. Assembly was very easy. The product shipped very quickly.
Inversion table is all I hoped it would be and more. April 25, 2010 Kathleen Mcfadden-thomas (Rio Rancho, NM, US) The instructions were clear and required minimal effort. It has helped my husband immensely. He has a narrowing of the spine, and the results are dramatic.
great value February 25, 2010 Dale Rice (texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great product for the money. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Inversion table seem to better for traction rather than ab exercises. There doesn't seem to be a way to keep it inverted to do crunches without the table swinging. My back definately feels better.
Assembly review, not product review May 29, 2010 Peter G Levine 3 out of 7 found this review helpful
This may be the best inversion table in the Universe. I wouldn't know. What I do know is that I returned it after reading the manual. I do assembly. I like Ikea! But there are 47 parts! Really! There are 5 "Steps." OK. Not too bad but...each step has multiple sub-steps.
Here is a typical sub-step within Step 1: "C.) Attach a Ø ¾" Rubber Spacer (#24) to the lower hole on Rear Support Frame. Attach one Short Horizontal Support to the Spacer. Align the holes. Secure the Short Horizontal Support, Spacer, and Rear Support Frame together with one M8 x 2 5/8" Allen Bolt (#37), one Ø 5/8" Washer (#46), and one M8 Aircraft Nut (#43). Repeat the same procedure to install the Right Long Horizontal Support (#4) to Front Support Frame."
HA HA HA returned.
I called some sporting goods store to see if I could get a table that was assembled. Yeah, but assembly is ~$100! Craigslist! Got 'un fully assembled for not much more than this one.
